Mentor Matching Website and App
The Communities of Practice program needs a website and program that can support matching of potential mentors and mentees up based on experience, skill, level, interest and identity categories. Users should be able to create their own profile and two-way browsing should be enabled so that mentors find mentees and vice versa. Functions should also include modes of connection (virtual meeting space, platform to share meeting preference and calendar to create meeting time compatible with other calendars). Users should be able to indicate in settings what level and type of interaction they are seeking, and any user should be able to opt-out at any time.
