CATL Battery Pack Test Rig Programming and Hardware

Project to program the Webasto (formerly known as Aerovironment Battery Testers) MT-30 Battery Tester via CAN programming to run the following test scrips for CATL Battery Modules and CATL Battery Packs

* Constant current discharge cycle

* Constant current charge cycle

* HPPC test cycle

* VDI test cycle

* Cooling test cycle

* Random csv test cycle

Objectives

Project to make a CATL Battery Module Interface Board (CBMIB) to connect between any CATL Battery Module (228Ah and 302Ah) and our DAQ System

* Interface Board connects to the cell voltages and the cell temperatures of the CATL Battery Module (228Ah and 302Ah modules only)

* Synchronizes with the MT-30 Tester so the CAN commands line up with the data that is being collected by the DAQ System
