AgBiz Logic Climate Data Visualization

The Applied Economics department is looking for Capstone Students to enhance the tools for AgBiz Logic, an economic, financial, climate, and environmental online decision tool for agricultural producers. For this Capstone project, we are enhancing our climate module to improve the user experience of climate data visualization. Much of the work will require full stack web development, with some knowledge of data visualization as a bonus.

Objectives

1) Collect climate data, 2) Gather user geolocation input, 3) enhance existing UI for better utilization, 4) Store final output data through Rest API, and 5) Create unit tests for all cases

Motivations

This project will provide users of AgBiz Logic with an easier way to view data from the AgBizClimate module. For capstone students, they will gain experience with full stack web development, working with a small startup style team, processing data, and data visualization.
