The electric skateboard project revolves mainly around a brushless DC motor. This belt driven motor provides movement and is powered by a 36 volt Li-ion battery. The electronic speed controller is designed to control the BLDC with an H-bridge of MOSFETs. A Bluetooth controller is also included to provide ease of use.
