MSIF is a full-stack, cloud application solution for adding external messaging features to BRI Associates’ AppliedInnovation Management Suite (AIMS). In short, MSIF seeks to extend the existing messaging functionality of AIMSby creating an authenticated communication channel to Microsoft Teams. The solution will be extensible and allow for future growth into other chat platforms, but will use Microsoft Teams as a proof of concept.
