This is a fully non-contact thermometer that saves the logged temperatures to a user corresponding file on an SD card and operates with no contact to help prevent the spread of the COVID virus. The device will only operate when there is an object close enough to the device's sensor. This will enable the device and display the temperature to the screen. It will also give an audio and visual indication if the temperature was above 100.4F or 38C. When moving on to the next person, it will automatically save all previous logged temperatures and open a new file for the new person. The device is also the first to accomplish the fully non-contact system where all features are enabled by contactless sensors and automatically saves the logged temperatures to corresponding user files, this feature could be improved by saving this data logs to an online server instead of an SD card for ease of access, or by adding multiple mode such as Surface mode or Body mode.
