This is a collaborative project between onCampus and Ecampus students to create a web page for the Fogg Tissue Lab. The project is sponsored by Kaitlinn Fogg. Carson Cook is the project coordinator. This web application assists the Fogg Tissue Lab’s staff to run batch correction and analysis pipeline for microarray and rna-sequence analysis without the hassle of complicated computer skills behind the scene. The web application supports multi-users and allows users to run multiple analyses, to view the results and data visualization displayed on the web page as well as the option to download files for the analysis and plots.
