I was contacted to create an web based, error tracking system for a pharmaceutical company in Oregon. They wanted a way to upload any pharmaceutical prescription errors to a database where management could view and print reports. I was given a set of requirements needed and went to work! The final application was created using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, PHP, and MySQL. They have been pleased with the web-based application and have asked to implement new features.
