Arduino Temperature Sensor Glass of Water Data

My project focused on collecting temperature data from a glass of ice water. To accomplish this I utilized the ESP32 micro-controller and DS18B20 waterproof temperature sensor to collect data. As expected, I saw a warming trend in the glass of ice water over the 24 hour time period. I witnessed the glass of ice water slowly warm to the ambient room temperature and stabilize. To program the micro-controller I used Arduino IDE. Through research and testing, I created my own Arduino code which prints live temperature on the serial monitor. When the prompt, "Print report," is entered in the interaction box and sent, the program will print the applicable report of min/max, 10 minute average, and overall average. We can then use this data to create visual graphs and study inflowing energy to the water, heating it until equilibrium is met with the ambient air temperature in the room.
