Oscilloscopes are an integral tool in every electrical engineering tool set, they provide a way for the user to see what is happening within their circuit. Without them it can make trouble shooting and designing circuits very difficult. The goal of the project was to create a viable, affordable, and compact oscilloscope that would work with a user's laptop. The project is meant to provide hobby circuit designers with a viable way to troubleshoot and design circuits. The oscilloscope features two channels that each have their own BNC connector and can be turned on and off when needed. Each channel has their own triggering, voltage scaling, and frequency scaling system. Results collected by the Teensy 4.1 are presented to the user via a serial connection to their laptop. Notable accomplishments within the project was achieving a compact design that ran fully off a laptop USB. Future improvements for the design is pcb redesign to accommodate the improved attenuation and DC offset circuit, and the inclusion of a way of measuring frequency and signals up to 1MHz.
